Educational Therapist/Professional,

Wilson® Dyslexia Practitioner

Welcome to Literacy for Life Reading Clinic. Founded by Shauna Ewen, a Professional Educational Therapist and Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner with over two decades of experience, Literacy for Life Reading Clinic emerged in response to an unmistakable need for dyslexia intervention among students facing challenges in school. Recognizing the critical demand for specialized support, Shauna envisioned and founded the clinic with a passion for addressing the unique needs of individuals grappling with dyslexia. Since its inception, the clinic has been dedicated to providing tailored interventions, diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based reading programs to empower students and foster academic success.

Our clinic is dedicated to helping individuals who struggle with dyslexia and other learning differences by providing them with educational therapy that works.  Our mission is to help students reach their full potential. At Literacy for Life, we understand how overwhelming it can be for families when their child struggles with reading and writing. That's why we offer diagnostic assessments and evidence-based reading interventions to help students flourish and succeed. Our team is committed to providing each student with the necessary tools, support, and individualized attention they need to build strong, foundational reading and writing skills and to help them gain independence.  We take pride in our ability to empower students to become confident, successful readers and writers.

Our commitment extends to supporting individuals with diverse learning profiles, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADHD, while advocating for inclusive and enriching learning environments in families, schools, and the community.
